Your Amazon Fire TV Stick will remember your WiFi password, so you won’t have to enter it on this device again, even if you choose No. If you select Yes, it will only make it easier to set up new Amazon devices in the future. Then choose whether you want Amazon to remember your WiFi password.If the name displayed is incorrect, select Change my account. Amazon will ask if the account you are using is registered to the correct name. Next, confirm that your account name is correct.
Then enter the code you see on your TV screen and select Continue.If you don’t have an Amazon account, select Create a new Amazon account and follow the on-screen instructions.
Once you enter your WiFi password, your device might take a few minutes to download any new software updates. You will have to enter your WiFi password letter by letter. Next, enter your password and select Connect.If you still don’t see your WiFi network listed, then select Join Other Network and then enter your WiFi network name manually. Note: If you don’t see your WiFi network listed, scroll all the way to the right and select Re-Scan for Wi-Fi Networks. Using the navigational buttons on the ring of the Fire TV Stick remote, find and select your WiFi network. Then press the button in the middle of the ring to select your option. You cannavigate up and down using the top and bottom of the ring button on the Amazon Fire TV Stick remote. Then press the play/pause button when prompted.
